กรมหลวงพิพิธมนตรี (พระพันวัสสาน้อย) เป็นพระอัครมเหสีน้อยของสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวบรมโกศ ทรงเป็นพระกนิษฐาของกรมหลวงอภัยนุชิต (พระพันวัสสาใหญ่)
กรมหลวงอภัยนุชิต (พระพันวัสสาใหญ่) และกรมหลวงพิพิธมนตรี (พระพันวัสสาน้อย) มีพระบิดา คือนายทรงบาศ มีตำแหน่งเป็นพระบำเรอภูธร พระมารดาเป็นเชื้อตระกูลพราหมณ์ชาวเมืองเพชรบุรี
กรมหลวงพิพิธมนตรี (พระพันวัสสาน้อย) กับสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวบรมโกศมีพระราชโอรส ๒ พระองค์ และพระราชธิดา ๖ พระองค์ คือ ๑. เจ้าฟ้าหญิงประภาวดี ๒. เจ้าฟ้าหญิงประชาวดี ๓. เจ้าฟ้าหญิงพินทวดี ๔. เจ้าฟ้าเอกทัศน์ (กรมขุนอนุรักษ์มนตรี) ๕. เจ้าฟ้าหญิงจันทวดี ๖. เจ้าฟ้าหญิงกษัตรี ๗. เจ้าฟ้าหญิงกุสุมาวดี และ ๘. เจ้าฟ้าดอกมะเดื่อ (กรมขุนพรพินิต)
ก่อนที่สมเด็จพระเจ้าบรมโกศสวรรคต พระองค์ทรงยกราชสมบัติให้กรมขุนพรพินิต (เจ้าฟ้าดอกมะเดื่อ) ซึ่งกรมขุนพรพินิต ทรงครองราชย์เป็นสมเด็จพระเจ้าอุทุมพร พระมหากษัตริย์รัชกาลที่ ๓๒ แห่งกรุงศรีอยุธยา ได้ไม่ถึงเดือน พระเชษฐา คือ กรมขุนอนุรักษ์มนตรี ได้ลาผนวชและขอราชสมบัติ สมเด็จพระเจ้าอุทุมพรทรงยกราชสมบัติให้พระเชษฐาและทรงผนวช
เมื่อกรมขุนอนุรักษ์มนตรี (เจ้าฟ้าเอกทัศน์) ได้ขึ้นครองราชย์เป็นสมเด็จพระที่นั่งสุริยามรินทร์ พระมหากษัตริย์รัชกาลที่ ๓๓ แห่งกรุงศรีอยุธยา พระองค์ได้โปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตั้งกรมหลวงพิพิธมนตรี พระราชมารดาเป็นสมเด็จพระพันปีหลวงกรมพระเทพามาตย์

Piphitmontree, the second queen of King Borommakot
Krom Luang Piphitmontree was the second queen
of King Borommakot, the 31th king of Ayutthata. Her elder sister was Krom Luang
Aphai Nuchit, the first queen of King Borommakot. The two queens were the
daughters of Nai Song Bat who worked as Phra Bamroe Phuthon. Their mother came
from a brahman family living in Phetchaburi.
King Borommakot and Krom Luang Phiphitmontree
had 8 children: Princess Praphavadee, Princess Prachavadee, Princess
Phinthavadee, Prince Ekkathat (Krom Khun Anurakmontree), Princess
Chanthavadee, Princess Kasattree, Princess Kusimavadee and Prince Dok Madua
(Krom Khun Phonphinit).
Before passing away, King Borommakot granted his
throne to his youngest son, Krom Khun Phonphinit, who was enthroned as King
Uthumphon, the 32th king of Ayutthaya. The young king reigned the kingdom for a
month. His elder brother, Krom Luang Anurakmontree, left the monkhood and asked
for the throne. The king granted the throne to his elder brother and was
ordained a monk. Krom Luang Anurakmontree was then enthroned as King Ekkathat,
the 33th king of Ayutthata. He was the last king of Ayutthaya.
King Ekkathat appointed his mother, Krom Luang
Phiphitmontree, as the queen-mother, Somdet Phra Phunpee Luang Krom Phra
Thephamat.

Piphitmontree, la deuxième reine du roi Borommakot
Krom Luang Piphitmontree était la deuxième
reine du roi Borommakot qui était le 31ème roi d'Ayutthata. Sa sœur
aînée était Krom Luang Aphai Nuchit, la première reine du roi Borommakot. Les
deux reines étaient les filles de Nai Song Bat qui travaillait comme Phra Bamroe
Phuthon. Leur mère venait d'une famille brahmane habitant à Phetchaburi.
Le roi Borommakot et Krom Luang Phiphitmontree
avaient 8 enfants : la princesse Praphavadee, la princesse Prachavadee, la
princesse Phinthavadee, le prince Ekkathat (Krom Khun Anurakmontree), la
princesse Chanthavadee, la princesse Kasattree, la princesse Kusimavadee et le
prince Dok Madua (Krom Khun Phonphinit).
Avant de décéder, le roi Borommakot a accordé
son trône à son fils cadet, Krom Khun Phonphinit, qui est monté sur le trône au
nom du Roi Uthumphon, le 32ème roi d'Ayutthaya. Le jeune roi a régné
pendant un mois. Son grand frère, Krom Luang Anurakmontree, a quitté le statut
de moine et a demandé le trône. Le roi a accordé le trône à son grand frère et,
lui, il s’est fait ordonner moine. Donc, il est surnommé « Khun Luang Ha
Wat », le prince qui entre dans la vie monacale. Krom Luang Anurakmontree
est alors monté sur le trône au nom du roi Ekkathat, le 33 ème roi d'Ayutthata.
Il était le dernier roi d’Ayutthaya.
Le roi Ekkathat a nommé sa mère, Krom Luang
Phiphitmontree, comme reine-mère, Somdet Phra Phunpee Luang Krom Phra
Thephamat.
